1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the investment services provided by 14Wealth (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and utilizing our platform, you (“Investor,” “User,” “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Investment Terms & Policies
2.1 Investment Structure
- The Company offers fixed-term investment plans with principal amounts ranging from $10 to $1,000 per individual.
- All investments are subject to predefined maturity periods, as specified in each plan.
- Users acknowledge that, upon investment, funds are allocated for portfolio diversification, trading, and other financial strategies, which may not allow for early redemption.
2.2 Profit Distribution
- Profits are accrued based on the selected investment plan.
- For investments up to $100, returns are credited daily.
- For investments exceeding $100, returns are distributed weekly.
- The Company reserves the right to modify profit distribution schedules if required due to market conditions or regulatory requirements.
No investment plan guarantees returns beyond what is contractually agreed upon. Any promise of extraordinary profits outside of the official 14Wealth platform should be reported immediately.
3. Withdrawals & Processing
3.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
- Withdrawals are permitted once profits have been credited and are subject to successful verification of the investor’s identity.
- A one-time identity verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals. The Company may request additional verification in cases of suspicious activity.
3.2 Processing Time
- Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) working day upon approval.
- The Company reserves the right to delay or temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of:
- Extreme market volatility
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Risk mitigation measures to protect investors’ funds
Users acknowledge that, while we strive for timely processing, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Refund & Investment Cancellation Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
- All deposits are final and non-refundable once invested.
- Users agree that invested capital is committed to financial instruments that require a predetermined period to generate returns.
4.2 Early Termination & Lock-In Periods
- Certain investment plans may impose lock-in periods, restricting early withdrawal of funds.
- In exceptional cases, the Company may approve an early exit at a reduced profit rate, subject to approval by our financial team.
Users must review each investment plan’s terms before committing funds. The Company is not responsible for losses incurred due to an investor’s failure to understand these conditions.
5. Fund Handling & Risk Disclosure
5.1 Capital Protection & Risk Levels
- Low-risk plans may include capital protection, ensuring that the principal amount is safeguarded.
- Medium- and high-risk investment plans do not guarantee capital protection, and users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such investments.
5.2 Market Risk & External Factors
- The Company actively manages risks, but users recognize that external factors such as market volatility, economic downturns, regulatory changes, and unforeseen financial disruptions may impact returns.
- By investing, users agree that the Company is not liable for losses arising from market fluctuations or conditions beyond its control.
Investors must assess their own risk tolerance before participating in any investment plan.
6. Legal Disclosures & Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantee of Returns
- While the Company employs professional investment strategies, no investment is completely risk-free.
- Users understand and accept that past performance is not indicative of future results, and profits are subject to change based on market conditions.
6.2 Regulatory Compliance
- The Company operates in compliance with financial regulations in eight (8) jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, Latvia, Netherlands, Pakistan, Dubai, Germany, and Singapore.
- Users acknowledge that regulatory requirements may evolve, and the Company reserves the right to modify investment policies in accordance with legal obligations.
Investing in 14Wealth signifies the user’s acceptance of all applicable legal and financial risks. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from regulatory interventions, economic crises, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Privacy & Security Measures
7.1 Secure Transactions & Data Protection
- The Company prioritizes the security and confidentiality of investor funds and personal data.
- We strictly use direct bank transfers to protect users’ sensitive financial information, including OTP codes, debit/credit card details, and banking credentials.
- No third-party payment processors are authorized to collect or handle investment deposits on our behalf.
Users are responsible for securing their account credentials. The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from compromised login details.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Applicable Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the investor resides, provided such laws do not conflict with international financial regulations.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute arising from the use of 14Wealth’s services shall first be addressed through internal mediation.
- If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as per the applicable laws of the investor’s jurisdiction.
Investors waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Company.
9. Amendments & Updates to Terms
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
- Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
